Shop in-store or pick-up your order curbside!

You can also shop by phone or email. Place your order by 12pm

Monday to Friday and get it delivered to you the next day.

Orders placed on Saturdays will be delivered the following Monday.

The store will be open to the public as of February 8.

Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pm

Saturday: 10am to 5pm

Sunday: 12pm to 5pm

To place an order by phone or email:

  • Call 514-274-6577 or email to place your order. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone.

  • Your order will be delivered the next day or you can pickup curbside.

Our Lozeau team of experts is available to serve you in-store or by phone, email or live chat.

Live chat is available on Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm.

Safely Re-opening the Store

We are taking the necessary steps to open our store and services safely to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We are working to make more services available to you as the COVID-19 situation allows.

Please note we will be limiting the number of people in the store at one time.

We are currently accepting repairs in-store and our photofinishing kiosks are now open.


Please note our rentals department is currently closed until further notice.

In-store Health & Safety Measures

As we as a country and company begin to loosen restrictions and open up more services and stores, we are taking many steps to ensure the safety of you and our staff.

The health of our customers and employees is our top priority. We have implemented the following measures to keep you safe when shopping with us:

  • Limited number of customers in store at a time (dependant on store and restrictions needed)

  • Appropriate social distancing

  • Sanitizers located at each work station and available for customers' use

  • Rigorous cleaning and sanitation protocols with increased frequency

  • Staff wearing PPE masks when serving you

  • Clearly marked areas for customers and spacing our work stations and cash stations to maximize social distancing

  • Ensuring staff sanitize work areas and hands between customers and on a regular frequency

  • Demo product units wiped down and sanitized after each use

  • Trade in products are sanitized prior to each assessment, product returns will be sanitized and quarantined

  • Our washrooms will be closed to the public during this time


Please note that due to local by-laws in Montreal, a mask covering your nose and mouth is required in order to enter our store location.

If you plan on visiting us in one of our stores that are open and you feel sick or are experiencing the symptoms of the COVID-19 virus, please visit us when you are better. In order to get through this, we all need to do our part. We will be happy to serve you when you are better - we are all in this together.
